Incompatibility with Yoast SEO Premium

Hello there,

there is an incompatibility with “Yoast SEO Premium” plugin.

Yoast SEO Premium has a link counter: It counts inbound and outbound links of posts and pages.

The BUG:
When shorty plugin is activated, the inbound link counter in posts/pages overview disappears.

This makes one of the most popular WordPress plugins incompatible with shorty shortcode manager plugin

and on page SEO more difficult when using this plugin

@flowdee: Can you offer a fix?
