Using routes to get geo coordinates only on post edit page

Ok, bb press has some MAJOR problems with code! I am desperately trying to post some code within backtick but forget it! It messes up badly!

Definitely not working!

Ok I need to modify the Routes plugin so I can have my users find out the geo location they are at only. No waymarks and additional lines on clicking on the map, just one simple line with the geo coordinates, that remains one with subsequent clicks to reposition the geo coordinates.

I got as far as getting no waymarks and two lines only, that become three (but stop at that) with subsequent clicks. The coordinates I get are precise but I have to have just one line with the long and lat.

Any help is appreciated.

‘course there are things to change to adapt it to your site. Hope it’s useful to someone. Please be mindful that there might be a lot of other stuff to remove, but I am fine like this as I do not really know anything about JS and PHP or Google Maps API.
