Unethical and works bad :(

Thanks for the feedback. It’s ok if you don’t like it – but it’s not unethical. And it doesn’t have anything to do with the quality of the plugin. Asking for a nice rating is ok.

That’s “Please raise a support topic” as there are no tickets at all on this site. It’s just a word but it’s a huge difference in expectations.

Oh we do treat support topics just as seriously ?? But I got your point.

The plugin cannot center the icons in the widget. That is something I expected, as I think it is basic. That is why I decided not to use your plugin at all.

And yes, I tink it is unethical what you do with the reviews. Your plugin has thousands of 5 star reviews because you push people into giving reviews.

In my opinion it is bullying to call users “TOUGHIE” for not doing whatever it is you ask users (I do not remember exactly what it was and I will not look it up now) before asking them to give AT lEAST a 5 star review.

What you do is not only unethical, it is aggressive. Aggressive in an indirect, alomost subtle way, but still aggressive.

Regarding the features you want, you can always give negative reviews because the features are not available in the free plugin. We can understand you want everything for free, but other users also understand that some features are premium.

Regarding the “toughie” – you didn’t get the joke. No, it’s not bullying. Just click it away – done.

Nowhere do we ask for AT LEAST a 5 star review. Wouldn’t make much sense, because more than 5 stars isn’t possible.

I can see that at other places you give negative feedbacks too, sometimes not responding to the plugin creators reply, e.g. on https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/harmful/. If things don’t suit you, just move on.
