    Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customizer -> Theme Options -> Theme General Option -> paste the below CSS in Custom CSS box and save – 

    .enigma_fuul_blog_detail_padding h2 {
    color: #777777;
}

    For your 2nd issue – please use square shape image.
