How to Include Gmail in iubenda Privacy Policy?

    May I ask a quick Iubenda question? My website’s contact form is connected to Gmail, so visitors to my website are interacting with Gmail whenever they use my contact form to send me an email. Consequently, I feel as though I should somehow include Gmail in my privacy policy. But strangely, I don’t see Gmail—or any email providers, for that matter—listed among Iubenda’s privacy-policy services. How should I incorporate my email provider—Gmail—in my Iubenda privacy policy? Thanks!
