After theme is installed

  • I’ve succesfuly installed 2 themes but now they still wont show up in my theme chooser.
    I use freehostia. Do you have to wait 24 hours or something it shows up on my file manager but not when I’m trying to pick a theme on the wordpress admin.
    Please help me.
    I’m using 2.6.2

  • Where did you upload your themes to? They need to be uploaded to the wp-content/themes directory.

    The furthest I can get too is wp-content/themes then it shows the classic and default themes in yellow folders and my other themes like fusion.2.5.zip in grey pages.
    When I typed in wp-content/themes directory it had nothing there not even the pre installed themes like classic.
