This plugin works fine with most browsers. However, in Windows Internet Explorer the ‘Add to cart’ buttons do not work. This costs me customers. Is there any way this can be solved?

    Hello @jaap47

Please, send me the link to your store for checking the issue in detail, it might be caused by a conflict with another plugin installed on your website.

    Best regards.

    Hello @jaap47,

I’ve checked your website and you are using the autoptimize plugin configured to minify the javascript, CSS and HTML code. This configuration is causing some javascript errors in the minified files (no in our plugin), that are not captured and stop the rest of javascript code in the webpage.

You should modify the configuration of the autoptimize plugin and clear the website’s cache.

    Best regards.

    Hello @jaap47,

Thank you very much for letting me know that everything is working properly again.

    Best regards.

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there’s more info in the troubleshooting tips and info on exclusions in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps debugging,
