Error: Failed to fetch (REST API is being redirected)

Hi, everybody.
I have a problem with Redirection plugin; it simply doesn’t show anything in its dashboard (I don’t remember when this problem first occurred, I just noticed it recently!).
The error shown is “Failed to fetch”. and the status of the plugin shows the “REST API is being redirected” problem.
Here is the plugin report:

WordPress: 4.9.5 (single)
PHP: 5.6.33

WordPress REST API Problem REST API is being redirected. This indicates it has been disabled or you have a trailing slash redirect. (301 – https://officepourtous.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=red_proxy&rest_path=redirection/v1/)
Redirection routes Problem REST API is not working so routes not checkedWhat I did, but didn’t work:
– Disabled all other plugins.
– Change the theme to the default WordPress theme (Twenty Seventeen).
– Cleared the cache.Thank you very much for any advice.

Thanks, John, for the reply.
If you mean the dropdown list after “If you are unable to get anything working then Redirection may have difficulty communicating with your server. You can try manually changing this setting:”, I have already done that before, and I retried it right now, but it didn’t change anything.
When I click on the button, the page reloads with the same error and the setting is reset to the default one.
