    Hi,
The Ultimate Member reCAPTCHA extension is not working, I have started to receive an error message “Invalid captcha code. Please try again.” when logging in. I have made new reCAPTCHA keys and tried using them and still the same result. I have also tried disabling the reCAPTCHA on the UM settings page, yet the error still appears. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @iprc,

What version of the Ultimate member plugin and reCaptcha extension you have installed on your site? This issue can be caused by some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.

    Hi @ultimatemembersupport,

The plugin version I have installed is 2.0.13 and the reCaptcha extension version is 2.0.1. I have briefly done a conflict test with both theme (my current theme is Uncode) & plugins as guided by your website and it appears that there was no conflict present. This is becoming a rather serious issue for me as even when I have the extension deactivated or uninstalled I still receive this message, which ultimately means I can’t use your plugin.

Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Kind Regards,
    IPRC Team

    Hi,

Upon rechecking for plugin conflicts, I found that a plugin WP Abstracts Pro had a conflicting Google reCaptcha. Thank you for your assistance!

Im getting the same issue, however I don’t have any idea how to create a clone of my site and put the clone onto a test domain to allow for proper testing as your link suggest when doing a conflict test as my site is live.

Do your developers not have an easier way to figure out the problem. Or should I just delete reCAPTCHA extension altogether.
