• Can not get the plugin for sort/filter to return values when using Safari or Firefox. Works in Chrome however. Is this a known issue and is there a fix?

    Hello @aaronkasr,

    Please open plugin settings page, tab Advanced and find there option ‘Template ajax load fix’. It has sub-option ‘Use GET query instead POST for filtering’. Please select it and save.

    Another thing that could provide issues is JavaScript error on your website:

    Thanks for your response, @dima Holovnia
    I am on the most current version. I made the settings changes like you recommended and it still isn’t behaving on Firefox or Safari. Any other ideas?

    Hello @aaronkasr,

    I’m on your site checking our plugin settings and see version 1.2.4
    So or you didn’t update it to most recent that is 1.2.5 or you have cache and as I wrote before you need to clean it.

    Dima

    @dholovnia ok that is odd…because it shows v. 1.2.5 in the backend and when I hit details, it says latest version installed. ???

    @aaronkasr,

    1. File is cached. You have cache plugin or program on server installed or plugin that concatenate javascript files together and serve single file or something else. Anyway frontend files are from version 1.2.4

    2. I’d recommend you to hire developer with WordPress experience.

    Regards,
    Dima
