    Hi, is it possible to add a captcha field at the end of the ticket? (Only when you open a new one)

    Hi:

    There’s nothing that we have that allows you do it out of the box. It would have to be a customization to make that happen. We do have an option in our premium POWERPACK extension to add one for the registration form but no option to add it to the ticket itself.
