Plugin not working

  • Hello,

    I uploaded this plugin on my site but plugin not working.

    There is nothing on my admin panel. Nothing display in setting tab.

    Plugin version slick-popup.1.4.3.
    WordPress 4.7.10.

    Please, help me. ??
