Meh. Support is TERRIBLE for PRO VERSION

I liked this plugin, so much so that I paid for the Pro version and guess what? I have had a support ticket open for almost a week, and zero help from the devs. I have emailed them, posted to their FB wall, emailed them privately on FB, and NO SUPPORT or reply.

Buyer beware! You will not be supported if you have an issue.

I have to hire someone to fix this plugin! NOT FAIR SMARTCAT
