Differences between Reserved and Confirmed

    Hi @loncar
    I tried finding this posted somewhere already, but could not. Can you explain to me the difference between “Reserved” and “Confirmed” under mail notifications? Is the only email that goes to the admin the one marked admin? If not, when else does the admin get notified?

    Hi @actan0nverba,

    reserved can be turn into cancel if it is not confirmed after some time. Both reserved and confirmed block that time slot. Regarding emails you can list people that will receive admin email. If you are not getting any emails please check tools page for error log messages.
