  • Hey there @karennwood!

Thanks for your interest in our products.

You’ll need to follow our Themer’s Guide to accomplish this.

Basically, here’s what you’ll need to do:

    1. Under /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/ find the list.php file. Open it and locate the <!– Tribe Bar –> section.
    2. Under /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list find the content.php file. Open it and locate the <!– List Title –> section.
    3. Remove the <!– List Title –> from the content.php file and upload it to your theme’s /tribe-events/ folder
    4. Paste the <!– List Title –> element before the <!– Tribe Bar –> section in the list.php file. upload it to your theme’s /tribe-events/ folder

    Hope that helps!

    Hi Ed,

Thanks so much for replying. I’ve done the above, but now I have the title showing up twice – once above the Tribe Bar and once below it.

    Any idea what’s going on?

    Thanks

It sounds like the theme is adding the extra title somewhere unexpected. If you have a live URL, I can take a peek for you.

    Hi Ed,

    Here’s a link: https://smk.org.uk/events/list/

Alternatively, I could move the entire events section down a little bit – the problem I’m running into is that when you click on the filter bar and try to navigate using the calendar month arrows, the site’s menu ends up covering up the arrows and prevents clicking on them.

    Thanks!

Resolved! I had forgotten to create a new folder within /tribe-events for the list view.
