    Hi,

I’ve installed the latest version of MailPoet (3.7.2) yesterday as I wanted to try it and it looks quite good ??

Unfortunately if I want to create or edit a form (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-form-editor&id=2) I just get a more or less empty page (See this screenshot: https://cloud.graviox.de/s/37e72YwDxrSYnyp).

I’ve checked the developer console and I get some JavaScript errors: https://cloud.graviox.de/s/PGAnzxAwyZgbN8Q

I’m using WordPress 4.9.5. Currently I’m on a Mac (10.13.4) using Firefox (60.0) but the issue also happens with Windows 10 and Firefox (60.0) or Edge.

I’ve check this article https://beta.docs.mailpoet.com/article/204-resolving-conflicts-with-other-plugins but it didn’t help me. I do not get any conflict error and event with the order plugin installed and the order changed to the first or last position for mailpoet didn’t had any effect ??

I hope you can help me solving the issue ??

    Thanks,
    Christian

  • Hi,
I have the same problem here
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/conflict-with-woocommerce-and-woocommerce-customer-order-csv-export/
in my case it is a conflict between MailPoet and Woocommerce

Is it the same for you ?

    Hi,
    thanks for your reply.
I do not use Woocommerce but indeed it looks like that your issue is quite similar to mine.

I hope that somebody from MailPoet will have a look on that as I do not seem the only one affected by this.

    Cheers,
    Christian

Try to deactivate all plugins, and activate them one by one to see if it is one of them.

I’ve tried that but unfortunately even after disableing all plugins nothing has changed for me ??

Yup, same boat. Deactivated all plugins, same results. Can’t edit/create forms. It shows the Form name, a blank text box and a save button. But, nothing else. Commented here so I could follow. Crossing my fingers someone has a fix. I’d like to continue using MailPoet.

    Hi guys,

There was a small bug in 3.7.2 that affected a few installs, this bug has since been resolved and everything should be working correctly.

If you do run into any problems, please don’t hesitate to ask.

    Thanks!
