Best practices with Better Font Awesome

    Hey Matt. I’ve spent some time reading other posts with respect to using your plugin together with others. It would seem that with your continued improvements to your plugin, some of that information may be outdated.

    In short, I’m hoping you could comment on the viability and best practices for using Better Font Awesome together with newer versions of your plugin.

    Hey Dylan,

    I’ve written Mickey (author of BFA plugin) a while back to share my strategy for supporting FA5 with him. From our email it sounds like FA5 is on his radar but he doesn’t have a strategy yet for how he will support it.

    If you are working on a site that depends on FA5, you would want to use this plugin with v4.x of FontAwesome to avoid any conflicts between the two plugins. This plugin will continue to offer v4 or v5 functionality through a new admin panel once activated.

    Once BFA supports v5.x you should be able to use them both on that version together.
