Problem with Sending OTP

  • Hi,
    whenever I try to send an OTP over the form, the OTP gets send out but the customer does not actually get anything.

    Now, I’ve checked the delivery reports on my msg91 account and it turns out every mobile number entered on the form is disregarded and instead replaced with the number “492147483647”. The country code (49) is correct, but the rest of the number is false.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thank you for writing to us.
    Possible Solutions:

      Can you please check if you have filled all the required fields correctly in the Orion OTP plugin Settings page, specifically the ‘OTP Template‘ field.
      The free package of MSG91 only provides certain no of sms. Please check with msg91 if your package is expired.You could possibly get such errors in that situation.
      Please provide your email address so that we can do a video call on skype/hangout/zoom to have a look at your problem and help you fix it.

    Hello sir same issues arise to me also, i send to one no otp not received.and i check the deliviry report there that no is changed in to 912147483647. pls give the solution.

    Hi, I have successfully configure plugin with word press, I am getting the same issue that my OTP are getting freeze at MSG91 This number “912147483647” is showing there. I have checked with MSG91, they have credit 200 OTP balance in my account still the issue is same. Please help!!!!
