Problem with Sending OTP

Hi,
whenever I try to send an OTP over the form, the OTP gets send out but the customer does not actually get anything.Now, I’ve checked the delivery reports on my msg91 account and it turns out every mobile number entered on the form is disregarded and instead replaced with the number “492147483647”. The country code (49) is correct, but the rest of the number is false.
Any help would be appreciated
