Does this plugin load resources on every page?

Hello, I tried looking through the description and the screenshots, and also tried a search. Perhaps I’m missing the info, in which case I apologize.
I’m curious if this plugin loads its resources on every page, even where the plugin or some of its features are not being used?

Or does it only load on pages where the brands, or a plugin feature are found?

For example, if there are no brands from this plugin being used on the home page, would the plugin’s CSS and JS files become HTTP requests on the home page?

And if we’re using brands list on a product page, but not the carousel, would the carousel files still load? Or only the list styles?

If so, is there a way to turn this off?
