Resume & Applications GDPR privacy checkbox

Hi, Is it possible to include a checkbox on both the Resume and Application forms with a link to the company’s privacy policy? So it reads something like this…

By ticking this box you have read and accept our privacy terms and understand how will will use your data.

I’ve created the checkbox on the application form but it doesn’t allow html so i can’t create a link in the description field. I can’t find anywhere to add a checkbox to the resume form.
