The number of columns in the gallery varies from the screen resolution

Thank you for the topic, but there were questions, I hope that you will help to understand (I would like to customize the topic, but I’m testing it on the local host yet).

I create an entry, I insert the gallery – 2 columns, full-size pictures, and at 1300px screen resolution – everything is correct, but I change the screen resolution to 1920px – somewhere 2 columns, and somewhere – 3, change again, 2500px – from 3 to 5 columns.

Tell me why fixing the columns does not work? Simply without this, without galleries, the theme loses all meaning, and so you want to use it … help! Beg!
