    hello
i have a need which for i can’t find any solution.
i have a wordpress website with woocommerce which i sell downloadable products

after a customer purchases a product and his order gets completed, some days later i add some new files ( new download links) in that product’s details page.

new customers ( new orders) don’t have any problem since they receive updated list of downloadable files for that product, but previous orders don’t get updated automatically so previous customers won’t get these newly added files. so i have to manually add these new files in their previous order.

since in woocommerce order details page, there is no option to add single files to an order, i have to remove all items ( in fact all permissions) from downloadable files list one by one and again i grant permissions to the same product in order to get the updated list of that product downloadable files.
any solution ? (for example a way to bulk remove all permissions at once which will make my efforts easier ! )

    thanks in advance

    Hi @nmm4829,

If you’d like to add missing downloadable files on existing customer orders, you can choose Regenerate Download Permissions under Order Actions on the order page and then click the small arrow button:

This will automatically remove all downloadable permissions for all products purchased in that order and add them again.

    Cheers!

i found that the problem was related to my theme’s language plugin, which didn’t recognize my language’s date format. so every time i need, i temporary disable that plugin.

    thank you very much
