• The cookie consent has a link to a URL but it was to my main page and I wanted it to the URL with my cookie consent information so I changed the first URl to https://www.cluehqbrentwood.co.uk/cookie-consent and now it has hosed my WordPress install and I can’t access wp-admin. I tried renaming the plugin but same thing. I tried renaming all plugins but same thing. I followed this guide to disable the plugin and edited the active_plugins to take it out of the list and it still screwed. If I goto https://www.cluehqbrentwood.co.uk/wp-login.php it will let me login but then redirects me to https://www.cluehqbrentwood.co.uk/cookie-policy/wp-login.php – I also tried cookie-policy/wp-admin but that doesn’t work either – it should be clearer and easier to modify your URL that contains your cookie information without risking screwing up your install so badly. Please advise.

    Thanks

    Paul

I would suggest deleting the plugin entirely. It also sounds like you might have edited your permalinks so I’d restore them to default. There’s nothing in this plugin that rewrites URLs or does any redirects.
