display my cookie declaration with cookiebot plugin

    Hi all,
    I’m going to install cookiebot plugin into wordpress.
    I already signed on cookiebot site and already generated my settings.

    Currently I have the “EU cookie law” plugin active, and my CookiePolicy.htm page to show my privacy policy.

    about the cookiebot plugin installation they said:

    To display your cookie declaration, create a new page on your website – and add the shortcode that the plugin provides to the page: [cookie_declaration]. Alternatively, you can incorporate it into e.g. your existing Privacy Policy.

    2 questions:

    1. what is that shortcode?
    2. how can I incorporate that shortcode in my CookiePolicy.htm page?

    apologize, I get it.
    it is simply the code in “my script” section of the plugin settings (on cookiebot website).
    simply have to be copied into a page of the site
