Counts not updating

I’m seeing the same thing. I’m using the legacy share buttons and the counts for new posts all show 0’s (and I know that is wrong).

Any update on this yet? Still at 0’s for the new post and old posts are not recording new share counts either.

It seems like you’re using an outdated version of our WordPress Plugin.
Can you please update to the latest version and let us know if that works for you.

I contacted support directly and got the following information. Unfortunately, I can’t get the new buttons to look like the legacy buttons with both a Facebook like and Facebook share button. I’m still working on trying to get the new buttons to look right if someone has a suggestion.

Thanks for pointing this out, I’ve gone ahead and alerted our engineering team of this issue and will let you know if we’re able to fix this.

Unfortunately, this issue is related to our Legacy share buttons which we are in the process of deprecating, so barring a major bug, fixes are extremely limited for this product as we are directing all our focus onto the new platform.

With that in mind, we highly recommend migrating to our latest inline buttons which come with updated share button graphics as well as awesome new features within our platform setup.

When I update will I lose my old share counts??

Okay, I updated to the new plugin and it kept my old click counts; HOWEVER, it is still NOT updating with new clicks on any posts. So even with the new plugin it is not counting any new clicks. I toggled both the native counts on and off and there was no change.

Review: I like the old style much better, more obviously click buttons. I would like to keep the legacy look of the old style, is that possible?

I can confirm there is an issue with our share counts at the moment.
We are currently investigating and will sure to update you once we’ve learned more, apologies again!
