Privacy Policy give dark screen with big T and no text on mobile

I have a very strange problem with this plugin:

I installed this plugin on all my sites, and on one site when you visit the site on a mobile device, you get the normal cookie banner but when you click the Privacy Policy link on the banner, you are shown a dark overlay with a big T on it, and a close-button.

The only thing you can do here is scroll and close, but you cannot read anything.

When you visit the same site on a desktop, all is fine: nice banner, clicking the link gives the privacy policy overlay, all works well.

Since the plugin blocks screenshots on mobile devices (Really? Yes, really) I took a picture of the issue with another phone (which, btw, also gives this strange error when visiting the site).

I have tried multiple mobile devices, with different browsers: all give the same weird T. I have also disabled all plugins and tried both ‘Stable’ and ‘safemode’ code to put in the code-field, but it does not seem to make a difference.

I would really like some help with this, being a paying customer and all…
