    I would like to know if the plugin installs or blocks cookies according to the decisions of the visitor.

    Hey,

    It doesn’t block any cookies – that would require manual implementation for every website as this can’t be automated due to lots of external scripts that might use cookies on your website (eg. Google Analytics).
