    We’re currently experiencing some intermittent issues with the USPS API. We’re working with them on the problem now.

    If you’ve set a “fallback rate”, your customers will still be able to checkout. You can find out how to set a fallback rate in our documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-services/#section-6

    Cant even get to that screen to set a fallback rate. Screen just spins.

    Cant remove items from cart with woocommerce services plugin enabled. The cart will just spin. I’ve had to disable the plugin completely for my site to work again.

    Hello @aar6on67,

    I’m sorry you’re still experiencing issues. Can you open a developer console in your browser and see if there are any obvious errors?

    If you go to the Network tab, do you see any entries highlighted red? If so, please click them and go to “Response” and look for anything that says “PHP Warning” or “Fatal Error”.
