Altering text for consent types

Is it possible to alter the text and slug for the default consent types?

To explain, I want to add a checkbox to my comment form. The plugin’s default checkbox says “I accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.” However, my Terms and Conditions page is actually called “Terms of Use,” so it might be good to describe it consistently throughout.

I could create a different consent saying that, but I don’t know how I would add that to the comment form in a way that would be stored properly.
