    Hi,

I am using the ‘Image Ad’ option. Once I upload the image and add the URL, I click next and on the next screen, I click next again.

Nothing happens and the ad is not saved.

Is there something else that I need to do?

I am facing no problem with ‘Plain text and code’ ads.

    Please help.

    Regards,

    Hi jyotsna4amit,

    thanks for reaching out.

I am not aware of a general problem, but have two ideas to check for.

    1. are you using an ad blocker? If so, please disable it
    2. are there any script errors in your browser. www.ads-software.com has this great tutorial about how to find them.

If there is a script error then I am sure we can figure out which other plugin is causing this.

Thanks Thomas for this lightening fast reply!

I used Firefox and traced the errors and I get these. I don’t understand what they mean.

I dont know what happened but it works now. There was some setting that I changed in Advanced Ads. Earlier, I remember, I was just saving it. But now I have a publish button.

I was able to publish the image ad successfully. Thanks!

Thanks for your feedback. Happy to read that it works now.

Maybe it was an update of a conflicting plugin or some browser cache issue.

    Thomas
