Website not responding when activating Polylang

  • Hi all,

    I’ve built several websites using the same themes, host, plugins and this is the first time I’m encountering such an issue – when activating Poylang the website stops responding.

    I’ve followed the troubleshooting guide and assigned all my pages to a language.

    Website is in english for now and will be translated to french. Assigned all my current pages to english, still not working.

    How can I solve this issue ?

    Looks like I didn’t have my homepage attached to the correct translated page.

    Front page must be linked to a translated page otherwise not working.

    Also don’t forget about headers and stuff that also need to be translated in order to work.
