Spinning circle on send stops and nothing is sent

  • I have set up the form and have followed all the instructions. Unfortunately I don’t seem to be able to get it to work – when the send button is hit the spinning circle appears but nohting happens after that and no message is sent – can anyone see what my problem is?

    Do you have proper text values in the Messages tab panel fields?

    I have the same problem and all the fields of the form are built correctly, can you know how to solve this problem?

    Yes, all of the message tab panels have the default sentences left in.

    In the mail tabs I have the following:

    To: [email protected]
    From: [your-name] <[email protected]>
    Subject: TransWorldCom “[your-subject]”
    Additional Headers: Reply-To: [your-email]
    Message Body: From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message Body:
    [your-message]

    This e-mail was sent from TransWorldCom (https://transworldcom.com)

    Does that look correct?

    No, your form doesn’t have a “your-name” field.

    Just to add, I have deactivated the shortcodes anywhere or everywhere plugin.
