Flash Banner

Hey guys, I have everything going great so far. The only thing I’d like is the flash banner in this theme demo. https://www.revolutiontwo.com/demo/church/

To show up on my site as well that way. How do I get that up and is there a plugin that should go with that?

Also, this is how my temp. looks now, I want that flash window where all that other text is.
