Custom Fields on Own Lines?

I have added a few “custom fields” to the simple links.
This works perfectly to collect some extra data.
And I added them to the shortcode so that they are now displayed in my list.
But I want to add some formatting to them so that they are on separate lines.
And I would also like to add some custom text before them.
For example, I added two fields called “sl-author-name” and “sl-article-name”.
I want to display my simple link info, just like it is now, but then under it, display my two custom fields like this:
Author Name: sl-author-name data
Article Date: sl-article-date data

Is there a way to do this?
