Unable to find the distance via road.

  • Hi, for some reason i get this error when i choose 2 locations.

    “Unable to find the distance via road.”
    Could this be an API problem?

    Hi Lordkek,

    Plugin uses google map api key to find route so if there would be route via road then definitely it should be shown in the plugin page.

    But if you still face any issues then you may provide us website url so that we can check it at our end.

    We don’t think its an API issue.

    HI, i fixed the problem by deactivating another plugin called “contact form 7 autocomplete places”
    But i actually need this plugin too is there a way to make them work together?

    the plugin “cf7 autocomplete places” also uses an API.
    I tried to create and API key on another google account but still has the same problem.
    Is there a way that WP ride booking could ignore the other API?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting back.
    Our plugin can not ignore other api because its must to have google map api key.

    But if you need then we can customize plugin so that if cf7 autocomplete address is on then it would use that api.

    But since we would need to customize it so it would be chargeable.
