unable to restore properties from “trashed”

Hello, i have some problems with management of properties trashed.
For instance, when i navigate and filter properties in the backoffice, properties trashed disappear and it is not possible to recover them (only via restore of the DB backup!)… but i have another problem:

After restore of the database backup, i am able to view the listings of trashed properties but if i try to restore them (in bulk action), appear the message in the screenshot “You don’t have permission to restore one or more selected…”.

Could you please suggest me anything to solve these issues?
