Plugin Triggered Fatal Error
-
Hello,
We’ve used Popup Maker for quite some time but now are unable to use it. It might be conflicting with another plugin. When I updated our other plugins today, it crashed our site. We checked the logs and pinpointed that Popup Maker was causing the issue.
I deleted it and tried re-installing the latest version but get the following error: Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to Freemius::get_api_user_scope_by_user() must be an instance of FS_User, boolean given, called in /www/wp-content/plugins/popup-maker/includes/pum-sdk/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php on line 18424 and defined in /www/wp-content/plugins/popup-maker/includes/pum-sdk/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php on line 18438We are using the latest version of WordPress. We are using a multi-site setup. And our host is Flywheel.
Please let me know if you need any further information. I hope we can work this out as I used your plugin often!
Thanks!
