Issues when importing Coupons

    Hey,

    I’m using the plugin and I’m facing two issues currently:

    1. The coupons do not merge if in the CSV there is no ID. I only track coupons by name. I think that the plugin update if the coupon name is the same.

    2. SKUs are ignored. I know this is not a real issue, rather a suggestion, but keeping track of product IDs can be quite tricky in WordPress, that’s why there’s SKUs.

    Thanks for the plugin, been using for a few weeks now and been helping me a lot.

  • Hi @shirkit,

    ID is the only unique identifier to consider in case of coupons as names can be duplicate. Therefore it is not ideal to implement a method to merge coupon data based on the coupon name.

    Regarding the Product SKU, currently the plugin only export IDs of Products in the coupon’s restriction settings. We will consider your feedback and include the feature in coming updates.
