Post title in Edit Post

  • I often work on multiple posts at once and hop from one to the other. As a result, I have many windows or tabs open in my browser, all with the same title in the window or tab: Edit Post < (name of blog) — WordPress

    May I suggest adding the current title of each post to the page title? Even a truncated title would be enough to help me tell one tab from another, like so:

    Edit Post: Topic One < (name of blog) — WordPress
    Edit Post: Other topic < (name of blog) — WordPress
    Edit Post: Yet Another… < (name of blog) — WordPress

    PS: If this is something that can be accomplished with a plugin, I’d like to know about it.
