It does not work

I am sorry you have had a bad experience with our plugin!
Can you please give me more details about your experience maybe I can help? This has never happened before and I am going to need a bit more information.

Regarding the plugin not working:

You mentioned you see the box when you write your post, but the author box only appears on the front-end. Are you seeing the author box when you preview your post and when you publish it you do not?

Also please make sure to add a description for your author through Users > edit your user > scroll down to biography > add it there > save.

Thank you for your response, I can see the author’s box when I am editing the post but when I publish it, the box does not appear anymore. The truth visually your plugin looks very good, but for some reason I could not operate it.

I put the information in the user’s biography but it is not displayed when the post has already been published, only in creation mode, even when I publish it and I update it, the author box no longer appears in edit mode.

Thank you so much for the screenshots – they really help! I see that when the author box displays you are logged in and when it does not you are logged out. Is that how it usually happens?
