• My posts are showing creation dates of my post which gives the wrong impression that the content is outdated when most of the content has been modified over the years. Is there a way not to show the post date completely. I’m using latest version of WordPress I’m using Themezee Admiral theme.

I don’t see post dates. Did you solve this?

@sterndata thanks again! Oh sorry I thought I had made the WordPress version of the site live but it turns out I’m still seeing the offline version on the new server. Background is in order, I have switched the site from Joomla to WordPress and moved the site to another server and changed hosts file to show me the offline site. I thought I had made this site live when I saw that Search Console is still showing the Joomla URLs, I realized my error.

This problem is still there so if you can help me how I can stop WordPress or my theme from displaying post dates, it will be helpful.

Also have run into another issue that in Joomla I’m only displaying the last category in the URL but WordPress is displaying all the categories. Should I create a separate post for that problem? I would like to display only the last category and post pages as *.html.

@sterndata I take that back. It seems that I have been moving so many sites that I had been making changes to the live site when I thought I was changing the offline site, fortunately nothing got broken in the process. And yes you are right it seems I have fixed the problem though no idea how I fixed that. The many things I had tried finally fixed the problem.
