No Notification for Applicants

    Dear All,

    we installed your plugin and at the beginning the e-mail notifications worked for applicant, hr and admin. Now we have the problem that applicants do not receive mails. We also looked up spam folder but there is no e-mail notification for applicants.

    At first i thought it has something to do with modifications we made with the mail template in the class-simple-job-board-notifications.php but we changed the code back to the original one and the problem is still there.

    Do you have any idea or suggestion which issue may cause this problem?

    We recommend you to configure any SMTP to your site and then check again.

    We configured already SMTP to our site in our WP-Configuration and sent an test e-Mail. Or should we use some extra Plugins?

    Thanks for the quick reply again.

    At the moment we are using the plugin on an internal website for testing. The testing website is only in our internal network, so we can not share the URL with you. Is there any other possibility for checking it?

    Please also make sure you have enabled the settings for applicant’s notifications from the Job Board > Settings > Email Notification.

    Hey,
    we also enabled the notification for applicants. We also checked our mail logs on the server and it says that there is no error for sending an e-mail to applicant because there is no mail.

    At the moment we can not share the URL of our Website because it is not public and our testing-system.
