White Screen – Bye bye website

@netz This is probably because WordPress is still rolling out all the files as 1.3.7 is released just 30 minutes ago.

Otherwise it’s a plugin or theme conflict and you probably need to contact your web developer.

it is up to Consent if you enter something there and save the page goes
but it must be Consent must be active otherwise it will not work

Exactly same happens to me. fresh install ,1st time i use this plugin and as soon i
activate it content wont load just a white background
Deactivate plugin – all back to normal

Update to the latest release. (1.3.7)

version 1.3.7 , its 1st time i install this plugin.. Problem remains though
deactivating plugin = back to normal pages load ok

I have many sites I have installed this plugin on and I just did the update. Site went completely blank.

I’ll wait til later in the day before I attempt updating on any other sites, but as of right this second (I tried to reactivate the plugin just now) – the plugin is rendering the one site I updated it on useless with a blank white screen.

I would say since you have many comments on here that this isn’t a conflict with another specific plugin or specific theme? Who knows.

Fix is on the way. One of our new functions can go crazy when using W3TotalCache or other minifying plugins. :-S

Hang in there 1.3.8 will be with you soon.

Latest WP, just with divi builder installed – after loading the latest available plugin from repository, white screen of death ??

@jonars; Create a new support ticket and please add the link to your site. Otherwise I can’t check it out.

WSOD = Litespeed plugin.

Nuff said.
