Help needed

  • Hello Everyone,

    I’m very new to wordpress and i’m facing problem . This might be small problem for experts here but for me its new.

    The problem is i’m selling off a software and i’ve created website thru wordpress. now i want to show 8 features of my software in a way like 4 features come 1st stay for a while say about 2-3 secs and then go . it shud be in fade in , fade out effect and then comes the other 4 in same manner. The toughest part is they should be easily editable from the dashboard/admin area . By someone who don’t have the HTML / PHP knowledge. And This will be displayed on sidebar of inner pages only.

    Please help me . Please suggest something ? some plugin may be or any other way ?

  • Search of forum reveal some possibilities – I presume the last tip in that thread is for latest WP version.

    You’re looking for something WP doesn’t give you … you need javascript or ajax.

    Harshpal, you’ll need to use something like jQuery Cycle. A quick google search didnt reveal any current wordpress plugins to help you use that – if it’s not something you have the technical ability to implement after looking at that site, let me know, and I’ll whip up a plugin for it.
