Page Builder Trouble

    Hi –
    About a week ago “Beaver Builder” disappeared from my Word Press page and all formatting previously created was lost. I tried deactivating all other plug-ins to see if there was a compatibility issue without any luck. I decided to try to deactivate and then delete Beaver Builder and re-download to see if this might help get this reloaded to my homepage. Apparently I can only partially delete this (only on my Plugins page) so when I try to reinstall it provides an error message (Installation failed: Destination folder already exists).I have found previous posts online that I have to now download a separate FTP page and delete more items before reinstall (which I tried without luck). At this point, I am unsure how to proceed – whether I need to remove Word Press and try another domain builder or if there is a way to recover Beaver Builder lite. Any help would be greatly appreciated from a very beginner-level website builder.

    Hi Jamie,

    Thanks for your quick response! The WordPress site recommended posting here, but the login you provided does not recognize my email (from my WordPress). It doesn’t seem like there is a way to register as a Beaver Builder lite user to submit a support ticket?
