    Thank you for contacting us!

    We have adopted the new GA tracking method “gtag.js” but you have implemented legacy UA script via another plugin on your store so you haven’t enabled “Add Global Site tracking code ‘gtag.js’” from the settings. To know the exact culprit for this, kindly go to the FAQs of our plugin.

    Solution:

    add ‘gtag.js’ script in your store or enable the option “Add Global Site tracking code ‘gtag.js’” from the settings.

    I have tried same on development server, but its not working even after this.

    On development server, I have disabled other plugin and enable the option “Add Global Site tracking code ‘gtag.js’” from the settings.

    But no benefit.

    If you want, I can share credentials to verify.
