• Hello,

I have a friend who I installed WordPress and who wants the modification of certain sections of his site are simple to modify.

For example, the board members page may change and I would like to create a plugin in the admin section that would allow to add or remove members and each time the page gets updated (enter each member). I put a link to you as examples of what I would like to do: https://pc.cd/6K77

My friend would only have to fill in fields (eg member name, email, phone number, etc.) and the layout would have already been created by the plugin.

I was wondering if there was a simple solution for that, a blank plugin that could be modified or a simple tutorial that could help me create it.

Thank you in advance for your help,

  • I think you could use ultimate member for this. Check this out

Very good plugin and has a lot of documentation.

    Hello,

Thank you for your answer, but that’s not what I’m looking for.

I want to create a form in the admin where the administrator will only have to fill out a form to add content to the page. If possible, I could create a plugin for each content.

I’ll keep your plugin note, because I could use it later for another used.

    Thank’s in advance,

From your description, it sounds just like a description of the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. This will give you the back end interface you are looking for, but you will need to make a template that outputs the field values in an organized manner. The plugin gives you several template tags to use towards this purpose, but you still need to tie it all together.

You will want to create custom page templates for this. Any time you create or alter theme templates, it’s a good idea to create a child theme to contain your custom work.
