LINK to Random Post by Category

Hi,

I have found lots of plugins for rendering random categories/listings, but is there any way I can directly link to a single random post by category (like in the following example)?

https://blog.omnifusion.org/?random

That just pulls up any random post from within my archive. It seems like there would be simple way of restructuring this format to include a category selector, but I haven’t been able to find anything on it.
