Custom Post Form

Heya everyone

I am currently playing with wordpress to make it work as a functional job board, im pretty much there with the visual look and feel and the general structure however there is still one thing i need to create which i am having problems with. Im also having problems finding any information on doing this so im asking for your help.

Basicly i would like to create a custom form that can be filled in and then posted. When posted the contents will be put live on the website as a post. The form needs to include the normal stuff such as title, content etc etc but must also have an input area for some custom fields.

The form can be submitted by anyone and does not require registration either!

Does anyone have any idea how this can be made possible? Any help would be greatly apreciated.
