Import Attempt, Status Msg: “This Post Does Not Exist”

    I’m trying to import a CSV file of comments to my new site. The file was created from an export on an old site using the same plugin, with the only difference being that all the comment_post_ID fields were changed to the correct IDs on the new website. I’ve made sure the IDs are correct, but when I try to import the list every comment returns the status message “This Post Does Not Exits”. (I assume the last word should be “Exist”, so the plugin also has a typo)

    I’m using Flywheel hosting and have Woocommerce installed on the new site but not the old one.

    Could you please share your CSV to our support page here, so we can check what is the issue. Also please make sure that the comment_post_ID are updated correctly. Thank you for the correction in the sentence. We will update that as well.
